How to use this tool

Print rules of thumb

• Print at least 2 cm wide; bigger if people scan from far away.
• Keep a quiet white border around the code.
• Use SVG for printing on banners and packaging.

Colours and logos

• Dark code on a light background scans best. Do not invert the colours.
• A logo covers part of the code, so the tool switches to error correction H automatically.
• Always test-scan after changing colours or adding a logo.

Static vs dynamic

• Our codes are static: the content is inside the QR, so it never expires and needs no account.
• Some sites give a "free" dynamic QR that stops working after a trial. Check before you print thousands.
• To change a static QR, make a new one.

How do I share Wi-Fi with a QR?

Why does my QR not scan?

Common reasons: low contrast colours, too small a print, or no white border. Use dark on light and print at least 2 cm wide.

Is my data stored?

No. The QR is made in your browser. Wi-Fi passwords and contact details are not sent anywhere.
