Remove the background from an image, free and in full size

How to use this tool

  1. Choose a mode Plain background works for products, logos and signatures on a plain wall or paper. AI mode (for people and busy photos) is coming soon.
  2. Add your image Drop an image or tap Choose image. A sample product photo is already loaded.
  3. Check the cut-out Drag the slider to compare before and after. The checkered pattern shows transparent areas.
  4. Adjust the strength and background Raise Strength if bits of background remain, lower it if parts of the object disappear. Pick transparent, white, colour or blur.
  5. Download Download PNG for transparency, or JPG and WebP with your chosen background. Full size, no watermark.

Best results (plain mode)

  • Shoot the object on a plain, evenly lit background (white wall, paper, cloth).
  • Leave some space between the object and the image edge.
  • Avoid backgrounds that are the same colour as the object.

Which file to download

  • PNG keeps transparency: use it for logos, stickers and design work.
  • JPG with white background: marketplaces and forms.
  • WebP: websites (small, keeps transparency).

Privacy and limits

  • Your photo stays on your device. Nothing is uploaded.
  • Full resolution, no credits and no watermark.
  • For people and busy backgrounds, AI mode is coming; it needs a model file we are still licence-checking.

Questions about this tool

Is it free in full resolution?

Yes. The download is the same size as your image, with no credits and no watermark.

Why does a person not cut out well?

Plain mode removes a plain background colour from the edges. People and busy scenes need AI mode, which is coming soon.

Is this an alternative to remove.bg?

Yes. remove.bg says its standalone website will no longer be available from 1 December 2026 (checked 13 October 2026). This tool runs in your browser.

Can I add a white background for Amazon or Flipkart?

Yes. Choose White background and download JPG. Check each marketplace’s own image rules.

Is my photo uploaded?

No. Everything runs on your device.
