As a LinkedIn ads agency, we run B2B campaigns with job-title targeting and lead forms, and report lead quality as well as clicks. It suits B2B lead generation where job title and company size matter.
Is it right for you?
Where LinkedIn fits
LinkedIn clicks usually cost more than other platforms. It earns its place when the lead is worth it. We say so before you spend.
Good fit if…
- You sell to businesses: software, services, manufacturing, staffing, finance
- The buyer has a job title you can name
- One customer is worth enough to pay a higher cost per lead
- You can follow up a lead within a day
Not the right fit if…
- You sell low-priced items to the public: Meta or Google usually costs less
- Your buyers are small shops with no clear job titles
- You cannot answer a lead for a week
What runs
Ad formats we use
Formats on this page are the ones LinkedIn documents for advertisers. We recommend one or two, not all.
Sponsored Content
Single image, video, carousel or document ads in the feed. The usual starting point.
Lead Gen Forms
A form that opens inside LinkedIn, pre-filled from the member’s profile.
Message and Conversation Ads
A direct message to an inbox. Best for a clear offer such as an event or demo, and only when the audience is big enough.
Document and Video Ads
A guide or a short explainer, gated behind the form.
Targeting
How we build the audience
We combine job title, seniority, company size and industry. We can also upload your own company or contact list as a Matched Audience.
Illustrative sizes. LinkedIn shows the real audience size in Campaign Manager before launch. Very small audiences may not deliver, so we check this first.
The first month
Four weeks to the first read
B2B decisions are slow. Expect the first leads in a few weeks and pipeline over a longer period. We will not promise a date.
- Week 1
Set up
- Ad account, Insight Tag and conversion tracking
- Audience and offer agreed in writing
- Week 2
Launch
- Two or three ad concepts live
- Lead form tested with a real submission
- Week 3
Read
- Cost per lead and lead quality checked with you
- Weak ads paused
- Week 4
Decide
- Budget moved to what worked
- First monthly report and next-month plan
Sample report
The report you receive
We count qualified leads, not just form fills. You tell us which leads were good and the next month’s targeting follows.
| Campaign | Audience | Leads | Qualified | Action |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Guide: month-end close | Finance heads, 200–1,000 staff | 15 | 7 | Scale |
| Demo: Message Ad | CFOs, mid-size firms | 4 | 2 | Keep |
| Webinar invite | Directors, all sizes | 9 | 2 | Stop |

Budget check
Cost per lead on LinkedIn varies a lot by audience and offer. Put in your own guess and see what it does to your cost per qualified lead.
Plain arithmetic on your own assumptions, not a forecast. Replace the guesses with your real numbers after the first month.

What we won’t do
- Promise a number of leads or a cost per lead before we have seen your audience
- Run LinkedIn when Meta or Google would suit you better
- Buy lists, scrape profiles or message people outside LinkedIn’s rules
- Count a form fill as a sale
FAQ
Straight answers
How much should I spend?
Enough for the audience to see your ad many times and for you to collect a handful of leads. We suggest a figure after looking at your audience size and offer. Beware of any page that quotes one number for everyone.
Why is LinkedIn more expensive than other platforms?
You are paying to reach a named job title. For a high-value B2B sale that can be worth it, for a low-price product it often is not.
Do I own the ad account?
Yes. The account is in your company’s name and you can remove us at any time.
Do you charge a percentage of ad spend?
No. The fee is flat and shown above.
How soon will I get leads?
Campaigns can launch in about two weeks. The first leads usually come soon after, but sales take longer in B2B.
Can you connect leads to my CRM?
Yes, where your CRM supports it. If not, leads go to a shared sheet and an email alert.
Is a one-month trial possible?
Yes. The Starter tier is month to month with 15 days’ notice.
What do you need from me?
Your offer, your ideal customer’s job titles, access to the LinkedIn Page and a person who follows up within a day.
