Compress the right way

  • Light keeps text sharp and selectable; use it first.
  • Strong and Target size turn pages into images. Use them for scanned PDFs or strict portal limits.
  • For portal limits like 200 KB, use Target size and check the result opens clearly.

Signing

  • This adds an image of your signature, which many offices accept for forms and letters.
  • It is not a Digital Signature Certificate (DSC). Tenders, MCA and income-tax filings may need a DSC.
  • Keep the original unsigned file.

Privacy and limits

  • Files never leave your device, so private documents stay private.
  • No page or file-count limit; very large PDFs depend on your device memory.
  • Password-protected PDFs cannot be edited here yet.

Questions about this tool

How do I merge PDFs?

Add all the PDFs, drag pages into the order you want, choose Merge and save, and tap Save PDF.

How do I reduce a PDF to under 200 KB?

Choose Compress, then Target size, type 200 and tap Compress PDF. Pages become images, so check the text is still readable.

Is my PDF uploaded?

No. All work happens in your browser.

Is the signature legally valid?

It is a picture of your signature (an e-signature). Many uses accept it, but some filings need a Digital Signature Certificate. Check what your office needs.

How do I split one page out?

Choose Split, keep Page ranges and type the page number, for example 4. You get a ZIP with that page as a PDF.

Can I turn a PDF into JPG images?

Yes. Choose PDF to images, pick 150 or 300 DPI and JPG, and download the ZIP.
