How to use this tool

  1. Fill in your details Name, title, company, phone, email and website. Business details from our other tools are filled in for you.
  2. Add buttons and profiles Add WhatsApp, a Google review link, a booking link or UPI, and your social profiles.
  3. Pick a style Choose a layout, brand colour, font and size. Turn on dark-mode safe colours.
  4. Check the preview See it on a light and a dark background, as people will see it.
  5. Copy and install Click “Copy signature” and follow the steps for Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail or Zoho Mail.

Keep it simple

  • Name, title, one phone, one website and at most two buttons are enough.
  • Use web-safe fonts (Arial, Verdana, Tahoma, Georgia); custom fonts often break.
  • Photos and logos must be public https:// links; email apps cannot show files from your computer.

Looks right everywhere

  • Signatures are built with tables and inline styles, which email apps keep.
  • Dark-mode safe colours avoid pure black text that disappears on dark backgrounds.
  • Send yourself a test email and open it on your phone before sharing with the team.

Buttons that work

  • WhatsApp opens a chat with your number on phone and computer.
  • “Pay by UPI” opens UPI apps only on phones; on computers it does nothing.

Is there a watermark?

No. All layouts are free, with no branding.

Why does my photo not show?

Email apps need a public https:// image link. Upload the image to your website or an image host and paste the link.

How do I add it to Gmail?

Copy the signature, then in Gmail go to Settings → See all settings → General → Signature, create one, paste, and save.

Can I make signatures for my team?

Yes. Paste a list of names, titles and phones; you get one file per person in a ZIP, all with the same design.

Is my information uploaded?

No. The signature is built in your browser.
