Plan with your own data

  • Use cost and conversion rates from your last 30 days of campaigns when you have them.
  • New advertiser? Start with a small test budget for a week, then update this plan with real numbers.
  • Rates change by season; festival weeks often cost more.

Stay profitable

  • Cost per sale must stay below gross profit per sale. The plan warns you when it does not.
  • Improving your landing page conversion lowers the budget more than most bid changes.
  • Count GST on ad spend unless you claim it back.

Before you launch

  • Install conversion tracking (Meta Pixel, Google tag) and test it with our Tag Checker.
  • Set the daily budget in each platform from this plan.
  • Check results after a week and adjust.

Questions about this tool

How much should I spend on ads?

Start from your goal: how many leads or sales you need. The planner works back from that to clicks, views and spend, using rates you can change.

Are the starting numbers real benchmarks?

No. They are examples so the page shows a result. Costs vary a lot in India by city, industry and season. Replace them with your own numbers.

Is GST charged on Google Ads?

Yes. Google India bills Google Ads with 18% GST. If you are GST registered and add your GSTIN, you can usually claim it as input tax credit.

What is break-even cost per sale?

Sale value × gross margin. If a sale costs more than this in ads, you lose money on it.

Do I need an ad account?

No. Everything runs in your browser.
